The Matrix of Our Values and the Choices We all Create
We now have a matrix of beliefs that drives our personality. Lurking underneath the surface in our consciousness we have been often unacquainted with their existence.
Although beliefs feel like second nature to us and now we have a powerful attachment for them, they are not our authentic nature. We now have either inherited them through our family and also society or we now have created them via our own encounters.
Whenever beliefs leak onto the surface, we justify them to ourselves in order to continue the actual illusion of our distorted reality. We keep such deep conviction that our thinking is right and we do not let new info to touch our valuable illusions.
Values are part of the actual ego personality built layer upon layer of encounters and on top of the very early years of our existence. The choices all of us make today depend on the foundations of our beliefs set down in our the child years. We cherish them because they have become part of our identity.
If we were to reflect on the choices all of us make that create our experiences on a daily basis, we might be required to come in person with our beliefs. We would find cracks within the foundation upon which our ego personality is created.
Most of us can determine with pleasing others and also attempting to meet the expectations of people before our very own. We even go to great lengths to make sure this happens. Caught in a pattern of understanding, we are compelled to repeat exactly the same behaviour over and over again.
We all prefer to live in a form of illusion rather than become curious and discover why we have been driven to remember to others. Whenever we feel the distress of dissonance within our psyche, all of us ignore it and press it back into the deep ocean of our unconscious mind – until next time.
Can we dare to temporarily stop and reflect on our intent to remember to?
What are some needs that people want others to satisfy for us?
Tend to be we fearful of the truth which can potentially set all of us free?
Tend to be we avoiding facing our emptiness inside within the hope someone else will fill it for us with authorization, acknowledgement, affirmation, adore?
Very best intent which drives one to remember to others at the expenditure of disempowering oneself?
Diving in unknown territory is actually scary even for the brave hero. Still if we like to find out the facts, we need to face the fear of the unfamiliar and get underneath the surface. Only if we understand can we choose a various path.
Whenever we tune into our experience with the intent to learn, all of us discover the truth in our illusion. We may discover that a few of the beliefs which drives our people attractive behavior are beliefs all of us hold just like: “ I’ michael not important”, “ Inde i don’ capital t matter”, “ Inde i don’ t deserve to become loved”, “ I am unlovable”, ” I am unworthy” etc . When we wake up to our deeply held beliefs we stop trying to solve our neediness problem by based on others. Rather, we turn inwards and connect with our own limitless inner resources that enables and fortifies.
What You Can Do
Make a decision that you would like to discover your own belief that drives a certain behaviour.
Sit quietly and focus on your own breath to calm your mind. Inhale compassion into your heart with your intent (have a journal next to you to write down any brand new insights).
Notice your thoughts, feelings and behaviours (careful not to drop into your encounter. ) Notice any kind of images and reactions you may have towards yourself in relation to a certain behaviour. When you into a core belief you may recognize it for the intensity.
Accept your experience as it is.
Reduce yourself for holding the idea you hold.
Possess gratitude for having experienced the courage to discover yourself more deeply.
Possess the intent to take notice of the link between the belief and the choices that drive your behaviour in your daily life.
If you become observant of the behaviour you are studying on a daily basis, you will notice a gentle shift occurring steadily.

A Right to Die?
by Cal Thomas
BELFAST, Northern Ireland — While America debates whether the federal government should dictate which insurance policies and medical treatments it will allow us to have, here in the UK, the conversation has “advanced” to the approval of assisted suicide.
Debbie Purdy, who suffers from multiple sclerosis, has won a landmark ruling in the House of Lords that many believe will move Britain one step closer to self-destruction. Purdy must be told under what circumstances her husband could be prosecuted should he accompany her to the Dignitas euthanasia clinic in Switzerland. The Director of Public Prosecutions will now be required to spell out exactly when the government will act if someone helps a friend take their own life abroad.
The media and “right to die” advocates are calling it “compassionate assisted suicide.” There are always euphemisms to help us through the troubling practices we might not, under other circumstances, wish to pursue.
One doesn’t have to be a futurist or prophet to see where this is headed. Having removed the right to life from the unborn in the UK and the United States, it is only a matter of conditioning before the at first “voluntary” and ultimately involuntary snuffing out of life at its other end will be tolerated and, indeed, promoted as the state seeks new ways to cut expenses.
What is to stop them if life has only the value assigned to it by the state? As suicide, like abortion, becomes a “choice,” it will be done for reasons that go beyond the reason through which it is ushered in: the supposed “intolerable pain and suffering” and “lack of hope” of recovery. Abortion on demand was conceived through the bogus rape of an unmarried woman and now it can be had for any reason, or no reason. Crimes against humanity don’t begin in the ovens or on killing fields, but by small steps among civilized people.
If granny has willed you her nest egg, why not convince her and the doctor to slip her a pill and end her “suffering.” Wouldn’t she “want it that way” so as not to be a “burden” to her family? The executioners will not come with black masks, but in white coats and bureaucratic suits. Let us prey.
Should individuals make decisions about whether they want life-extending methods used if they suffer a catastrophic medical event? Absolutely. But that should be distinguished from a third party (besides you and your doctor) making that decision for you or “helping” you make it and then assisting in your suicide.
In a sense we all have a “right,” or more precisely an obligation, to die. For the theologically inclined, see Hebrews 9:27. The debate is about the manner and method.
Should that decision be left in the hands of others whose motives may be suspect, or even to our own hands when our perspective may be clouded by drugs or pressures from family members trying to unload their “burden” and get to the estate before the money is spent?
Is this even ultimately our decision? We did not create life (not even in British laboratories where artificial sperm was recently whipped up in a Petri dish). The state is supposed to protect life, not take it except in cases of capital murder.
The One who gave us life has, or ought to have, sole discretion as to when it ends. But if increasing numbers of us think “The One” refers to a character in “The Matrix,” and that we are just evolutionary accidents, then the conclusion of it all is euthanasia for the elderly, the “defective,” the inconvenient and the unwanted. It’s coming sooner than you think to a senior center near you, especially if Obamacare becomes law.
Debbie Purdy may think she has won a great victory for herself, but her “victory” is a significant loss for the human race.
